Once you have discovered PrimaLoft jackets and vests for your kids, down jackets will surely soon be a thing of the past. PrimaLoft is not only especially light and heat-insulating, but it’s also robust and low-maintenance. 

Our PrimaLoft jackets and vests can be worn all year long. They’re breathable and the material dries so quickly – faster than down. Your kids will love these clothes because they are light as a feather and don’t irritate kids when they’re playing. It’s hard to believe that they really keep kids so nice and warm, even in damp conditions. 

For our jackets and vests, we exclusively use PrimaLoft® Bio™ insulation made from recycled synthetic fibers. That lets our hearts and the environment rejoice because the fibers convert back to naturally occurring materials.

• Empty pockets (remove your kids’ little treasures) and close all zippers and hook-and-loop closures
• Use liquid detergent for delicates or a special wash for functional textiles to retain breathability
• Don’t use fabric softener or bleach. Both can destroy the delicate structure of the textile, which can make it less reliable at keeping your kids warm
• Wash on delicate / wool cycle (cool or cold setting)
• Pro tip: A second rinse in the washing machine helps remove any remaining detergent from the clothes

• PrimaLoft clothing gets dripping wet after being washed – so first off, it’s best to give it a good shake outside.
• Next, hang it up so the remaining water drips off and the clothing dries.
• PrimaLoft jackets and vests dry very quickly and are already ready to go again after just a few hours.
• If your clothing just gets damp outside, you can lay it on a drying rack. It will be dry again in a flash.
